Based in Morehead City, our firm is built from the ground up with a primary specialization in full-service property management, listing, and sales services, fully backed by expert traditional real estate brokerage with a proven track record dating back to 2009.
Legacy was founded by three active owners with extensive residential and commercial investment experience. The vision for the company was sparked by one of our owners, a seasoned investor with a diverse property portfolio. Frustrated by the friction, hidden fees, and lack of accountability in standard industry practices, he set out to dismantle everything he disliked about traditional property management. His goal was simple: to build the most transparent, high-performing property management company in the region—led by owners, for owners.
